Bryan Burgdorf brings 15 years of deep, ground-up beverage industry experience — having worked virtually every role in the business, from bar manager and delivery driver to Director of Sales. That full-stack perspective gives him a rare ability to understand the industry from every angle and solve problems others don't even see coming.

Bryan built his career across both distribution and supplier sides. At Cavalier Distributing he grew chain and on/off-premise sales before moving to the supplier side with Sonoma Cider, where he was quickly promoted to Florida Regional Sales Manager and significantly expanded the account base. He then joined Solon Marketing as National Chain Account Manager, managing distributor relations and sales across 16 states for brands including Chimay, Destihl, and Chicago Distilling.

Most recently, Bryan served as Director of Sales at Biscayne Bay Brewing, where he built a regional sales team, expanded distribution into Pennsylvania, and led a cross-promotional partnership with Mahou.

Outside of work, Bryan is an avid outdoorsman — mountain biking, motorcycles, camping, hunting, and fishing — and most importantly, a devoted family man.
