BIO

James Williams has managed every aspect of the beverage sales industry. He has a 15 year proven track record of success with both established and non-proven brands and has built strong relationships with distributors and chains nationwide.

Working with a variety of beverage companies over the last decade, James is known for his ability to create and mobilize teams. Well known for creating and overseeing the national chain divisions and leading national strategic sales planning and execution while at Chimay Trappist Ales and Schneider Weisse Beer, he garnered national recognition for his sales acumen and leadership skills.

In 2014, James became Senior Vice President of sales at Sonoma Cider and, in short order, built a highly effective national sales team of brand ambassadors and chain account managers. In 2016, James became Director of Solon Marketing where he created and oversaw a national sales and chain team that represented Chimay Trappist, Destihl Brewery, Chicago Distilling Company, and Union Grove Distillery. 

James is a distinguished 15 year veteran of U.S. Army Reserves and served proudly in operation Enduring Freedom and combat operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom. James enjoys travel, a good whisky, skiing, mountain biking and discovering new and innovative brands. When not working, spending time with his beautiful wife and two precious daughters is what brings him the most joy.
